Ingredients
- 1 bunch collards, stemmed, washed very well and torn into small pieces
- 2 ¼ cups water
- 1 yellow onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- *SECRET seasoning blend
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a big pot and bring to a boil.
- Let simmer for around 2 hours or until tender.
