Key to Life, Inhale&Exhale Breathing… Namaste y’all plus PoorMan’s Sabbatical!

Today I had planned to do an original blog sharing what I have learned about breathing how to Calm oneself down, how to ground oneself through breathing, first time I was introduced to this concept was from a therapist Sophie Otis back in the day. I love you Sophie! Later or was it before I met Sophie? Wait as a young person in my 20’s I start to branch out looking for ways to connect! You know to the Universe, not Drugs… Crystals and minerals, mud baths, soaking in hot streams. Light therapy and Rakia, plus I started to look into meditation, however, my mind and my spirit may have been just too young at that point in time. It is funny I look back through all my explorations and discovery one thing was constant each person each mystic each whomever I spoke with there was a thread it was breathing, the breath.

During this past year what I have labeled, my poor man’s sabbatical, I have worked, cut way back, income has dropped too. Well, that’s a topic for another blog. During the past year, I got to watch my youngest son last year of College Lacrosse, learned to record and edit with the iPhone&Mac! Busy during my pool man’ sabbatical, I’m driving with Uber! I must tell you I have loved the experience if it paid more I’m not sure if I go back to work. I have met some incredible people from just average Joe’s working on a construction site, models and makeup artist, actor, some famous some not so. I have met rich people, poor people it’s been cool I mean really cool, I have interviewed or should I say I have talk with quite few of my riders on camera. Again, Check my YouTube.

Recently, I’ve had two people get in the car and they were quite stressed and I said to them OK let me teach your breathing technique one was a Hollywood star she was impressed took my number and has called a couple times late at night just to talk through some things. I never seen any of her work however when I looked her up impressive work!

Today I had a woman get my car she was a bit stressed because she’s having car trouble and I shared with her the same breathing techniques I shared with the Hollywood A-lister.
This simple process helps yourself calm down and relax lose some of that anxiety so I say to them simply take a deep breath count to five as you inhale hold it two seconds at the top and if you can exhale for 10 seconds.Do this a couple times if you can and it truly helps calm you down and both these people both these women both these humans said thank you.

Well, I guess I give y’all the short version of breathing to relax! Folks that know me know I love to laugh. So, as I am looking through pictures today and I saw this one of me on a horse that you may see outside the supermarket it was taken about six years ago.
