Green Beans, Carrots, and Pearl Onions. A simple side dish that looks and tastes great!
Ingredients
- 2 cups String Beans, 2-3 inches long and steamed
- 1 cup Pearl Onions, peeled
- 3 Carrots, cut on a bias; steamed
- 1-tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- Lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add olive oil, and butter to hot sauté pan.
- Sauté onions, carrots, and string beans in butter and allow onions to sweat.
- Cook for approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
- Upon completion, sprinkle with lemon juice and salt and pepper
