Green Beans, Carrots, and Pearl Onions. A simple side dish that looks and tastes great!
Ingredients
  • 2 cups String Beans, 2-3 inches long and steamed
  • 1 cup Pearl Onions, peeled
  • 3 Carrots, cut on a bias; steamed
  • 1-tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Add olive oil, and butter to hot sauté pan.
  2. Sauté onions, carrots, and string beans in butter and allow onions to sweat.
  3. Cook for approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Upon completion, sprinkle with lemon juice and salt and pepper
