Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Warm and creamy a perfect pairing with meat or fish.
Ingredients
- 2 Large Idaho potatoes (or other russet potatoes), peeled and cubed
- ½-cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place potatoes in a boiler with boiling hot water and cook until tender.
- Drain Potatoes.
- Add remaining ingredients to potatoes and whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Garnish with parsley.
