Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Warm and creamy a perfect pairing with meat or fish.
Ingredients
  • 2 Large Idaho potatoes (or other russet potatoes), peeled and cubed
  • ½-cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
  1. Place potatoes in a boiler with boiling hot water and cook until tender.
  2. Drain Potatoes.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to potatoes and whisk until smooth and creamy.
  4. Garnish with parsley.
