Heart, Mind, Soul, Body. of Curtis G. Aikens My Why and some

The body houses the mind, the soul, and the heart it’s pretty amazing! My heart and, soul want to speak today, there’s just so much in this mind of mine. However, it takes my mind to allow my heart and soul to be heard , the body is the amplifier. I took my friends to the airport two days ago they are flying to Europe for some vacation time and I miss them. Vince is another big brother to me and more we sit and have deep intellectual conversations, we get in the disagreements, politically I don’t know if we are in alignment, spiritually we are. Most importantly we have a bond of love. We have a lot of memories together a lot more to make. Love MySelf-Charlie Chaplin , Love4aFriend and Graduation Day by Me. CGA

Charlie Chaplin – as I began to love myself  As I began to love myself I found that anguish and emotional suffering are only warning signs that I was living against my own truth. Today, I know, this is “AUTHENTICITY”. As I began to love myself I understood how much it can offend somebody if I try to force my desires on this person, even though I knew the time was not right and the person was not ready for it, and even though this person was me. Today I call it “RESPECT”. As I began to love myself I stopped craving for a different life, and I could see that everything that surrounded me was inviting me to grow. Today I call it “MATURITY”. As I began to love myself I understood that at any circumstance, I am in the right place at the right time, and everything Read More…

Sunday June 10 Mon, Jun 11, 2018 9:57 pm What an incredibly wonderful California day Sunday was! Started with an incredible cup of coffee or was it 2 along with my pain meds, lol my Sister Sue and I took a yoga class with the wonderful Kristen Dowd Addicks, the bomb teacher, even better human. Because of my back issues I was not able to do all the poses. However, I was able to work on my breathing and meditation this may have been one of the best yoga experiences of my existence.
