You are, I am, We are … Love

It hit me like a ton of bricks.  We are all connected.  We each are just individualized expressions of the one that created all.  Being a student of metaphysics, I have heard this expression many times.  There is so much to say about this, I don’t even know where to begin.  It has not been so easy to say I love you to this girl in the mirror.  As a matter of fact, I have avoided it for the most part.  Of course, I have done it , sometimes, because it is part of this course I am participating in.   I found it to be incredibly hard.  But as I tune in to my new friends who are on this journey with me, I have learned, I am not the only one.  I cannot say what happened to them, but for me, it is like somewhere down Read More…

FyTe, Feed Your Temple Enterally

A conversation between Toni and me. Happy Birthday Laura Regina Aikens Richards you are Love, I love Sistio! If Almighty, omnipotent God offers forgiveness, who designed the world and beyond… knows the number of hairs on our heads and cells in our body…. Who are we to hold a grudge? If so may I Blog it? Yes, I did write. This is an example of a good FyTe to propel us further to truth and growth. That was part of my journey. It’s rough. Gaining humility is hard because when we are wronged we want justice. But the justice comes in strengthening ourselves and letting the universe take care of the Read More…

Ok think about it you ask why with every question there’s another why and it just keeps your mind in that state of wonder! why did it end, why do they not love me, why can’t I be the person for her, all those kinds of things and more if you continue to ask yourself why. On the other hand you can always tell someone why because you know your way. Why am I writing a daily blog, why am I trying to grow a YouTube channel, why am I trying to share the lessons of life that I have learned, Read More…
