Love Sun, May 27, 2018 8:02 pm Love wow! I look at my youngest son tonight Memorial Day eve. So many things going through my mind how much I love him. How much I love his brother how much I missed them when they are not around. my brother Jeffery who passed away years ago, my father passed away a decade ago how much I love them how much I miss them. Love I look at my mother and my sisters and my brother my nieces my nephew and Cole’s significant other and I just wish They knew how much I love them. I wish I could let them all know how much I love them. You can tell them love you, however no one really knows how much you love them because they aren’t you. Recipes from the Way-Back for the Jane Pauley Show

Old Fashion Beef Stew 3 Pounds of beef (chuck) cut into 1 inch cubes 1/3 cup all purpose flour 1/3 cup salad oil 1 large onion, chopped 1 garlic clove, minced 4 cups water 1 tablespoon salt 2 bay leaves ½ teaspoon of thyme ¼ teaspoon pepper 1 cup each cut up carrots, turnips, celery 4 cups cubed potatoes Coat stewing meat with flour. In Dutch oven over medium-high heat, heat oil and add meat. Brown meat thoroughly, turning often. Add water, bay leaves, salt, pepper and thyme and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 2 ½ hours. Add vegetables and simmer for an additional 30-45 minutes. Looking Back

Published 2013 Novato Advance. Since the publishing, I have earned and Masters in Education, and also become a yoga teacher! Namaste spread love As some of you know I am in the mist of the training program at Dominican University to earn my credentials to become a teacher. As my first semester draws to the end I have been reflecting on the past few months. The work has been tough, fun, lots of reading and research, many days observing young teachers new to the profession as well as many veterans like Libby Silvestri whom I wrote about a few weeks ago. Chef Curtis Encourages Louisville Students To Read

A celebrity chef encouraging local students not to cook but to read. Atherton High School is one of several schools in Kentuckiana with an English program as a second language. Often these students come to the United States and are faced with a daunting challenge learning to read and write as a teenager.
